Chef Yana will take her passion for Filipino cooking and weave the fruits of Maine’s farms and sea into a magical feast that will showcase the diversity of Filipino food. Have you ever had Maine Lobster Kinilaw (a Filipino ceviche) with pineapples and mangoes served on banana leaves?
Come feast Filipino style with Chef Yana and Chef Dave on August 31st at O’Maine Studios. The Salo Feast will include a full seated dinner and tickets for specialty drink, wine or Rising Tide Brewery beer pairings. The evening’s experience will include a traditional Filipino folk dance demonstration with a special showcase of the native Filipino Tinikling Dance.
