O’Maine Studio gives you plenty of options to customize our space to meet your needs. We have an industrial kitchen available for your caterer, or if you prefer you can just hire a food truck and have them drive right into our space. There is also plenty of room for seating and a dance floor, and as a bonus we also have our own 2,000-sq.-ft. garden patio.

Our dedicated staff can provide almost anything you might need for your wedding reception, such as table and chair rentals, bar and bartenders, lighting, audio visual equipment, PA system, and video and photography. We won’t do the cooking ourselves, but are happy to recommend caterers or food trucks for any taste and budget. We can even host your rehearsal dinner. O'Maine is definitely not your traditional wedding venue and I mean that in the best way possible. The space has a cool, industrial look that still feels warm and inviting. The ability to really make the space your own throughout the weekend is a ton of fun and gives you a blank canvas to make it exactly what you were thinking. The indoor/outdoor nature gave people plenty of options to hang out and allowed us to separate the different phases of the day. The location was fantastic right in the heart of Portland with so many hotels, Airbnbs and bars/restaurants right near the venue. Ian and Rory were incredible throughout the planning phase, quickly answering questions and adjusting to our constantly changing plans with Ian even giving us a virtual tour of the venue before we could see it in person. Ian was also amazing throughout the weekend helping us with setup and learning the intricacies of the space. We highly recommend booking this gem that us and our guests both loved

O’Maine was the absolute perfect place for our wedding. We rented out the whole space for the weekend and it was amazing. On Friday night we had a rehearsal dinner in the gathering room with about 25 friends and family members coming in from out of town, on Saturday we had our wedding with the ceremony outside and the reception both inside and outside, and on Sunday morning we had a brunch for all of our guests. Throughout the weekend Ian was incredibly responsive and helpful, and did absolutely everything to make sure the weekend was perfect for us. He made it clear that he would help with whatever we needed. Not only was the staff incredible, but the space was perfect. O’Maine studios has such a unique personality and can be tailored to any style. The feel is industrial and rustic, yet also natural and beautiful. Also, they have so many different spaces there that can be used so that your guests have plenty of room and variation. I feel very lucky that we even got to have a fire outside on the night of our wedding. I can’t say enough great things about Ian and O’Maine, 10/10 would recommend

Live Webcast & Wedding Video Service

At O’Maine Studios, our team creates beautiful video content year round.   Our unique studio resources include Maine’s only built-in multi-room live webcast studio. In 2020, O’Maine Studios produced over 60 hours of livestream programming including in studio productions and live event coverage at locations like the Common Ground Fair.

We have engineered our studio to provide our reception clients an affordable way to live webcast their reception for family and friends that cannot attend.

What is unique about the set-up?
  • Remote camera plugins allow reception coverage with 4 cameras by just one O’Maine studios videographer/webcaster.
  • Camera coverage throughout the studio including indoor and outdoor settings
  • Video coverage is customized to fit your plans with an option to capture a live webcast during the reception
